Undertaking From Funeral Directors

I confirm that I have obtained the written consent of the deceased’s next of kin or executor of his or her estate to publish their personal information on this Muslim Graves App.

I further indemnify the developers, management, staff and any other parties involved with the Muslim Graves App against any liability arising from my failure to comply with the requirements of any or all acts’ statutes, ordinances or regulations in dealing with the personal information of the deceased.
