How to sign-up for muslimgraves.com

Step 1: Navigate to signup option.

Click on the link from the home page click on burger menu on the top right corner of the page

Step 2: Signup

  • To signup click on the signup menu option.

Click Login if you are already an existing partner to muslimcemetries.org

Step 3: Fill in signup details.

Signup by completing the following required fields.

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number
  • Password
  • Partner type

Please note all fields are required to create new account.

Step 4: Select partner type.

Join muslimgraves.com as an:

  • Informant
  • Proxy
  • Undertaker
  • Cemetery Staff
  • Cemetery Supervisor

Step 5: Create account.

Once all required fields have been completed click on create account to complete the signup process.

After completing the registration, you will receive an email with an introduction to muslimgraves.com and your newly created login details.

Step 7: First time login

Login using your email address and newly created password.

The details of the newly created email account and the password to log in can be found in the welcome message sent by muslimgraves.com to the email address used during registration.

Step 8: Complete profile

You will now be able to complete the rest of your profile details.

  • Details
  • Profile image
  • ID/Passport
  • Address
  • Organisation

9: Profile Details

Name, email address, mobile number, password and type of MCA partner would be prepopulated already.  You can change the following on the details screen:

  • Password
  • Type of MCA partner.
  • About you.

To save details, you can click the "Save" button or select the "Next" button to move to the next screen.

Step 10: Upload profile

Step 11: Upload ID / Passport

  • Enter 13-digit South African ID number.
  • Enter passport number.
  • Upload ID document.
    • Refer to HINTS below to Upload documents

Step 12: Address

  • Search address using location tool.

Step 13: Organisation

  • Enter the name of the organisation and click save.

I further indemnify the developers, management, staff and any other parties involved with the Muslim Graves App against any liability arising from my failure to comply with the requirements of any or all acts’ statutes, ordinances or regulations in dealing with the personal information of the deceased.

 

HINTS – how to upload the documents

  • Download the app “Genius Scan” on your mobile. The app will enable individual and group photos and assist with the Upload function.
