How to sign-Up for muslimgraves.com

Informant/Capturer

An informant is a person who provides privileged information, often confidential. A capturer typically refers to someone who under takes the act of taking or recording something digitally.

The role of an Informant/Capturer involves combining knowledge of family history with the use of MCA technology. This person should be familiar with details like the full names, birth dates, and death dates of deceased relatives. Using the MCA APP, they will document this information from burial sites, ensuring it is recorded for future reference.

Step 1: Navigate to signup option.

Click on the link then from the home page click on burger menu on the top right corner of the page

Step 2: Signup

  • To signup click on the signup menu option.

Click Login if you are already an existing partner to muslimcemetries.org.

Step 3: Fill in signup details.

Signup by completing the following required fields.

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number
  • Password
  • Partner type.

Please note all fields are required to create new account.

Step 4: Select partner type.

Join muslimgraves.com as an:

  • Informant/Capturer
  • Proxy
  • Undertaker
  • Cemetery Staff
  • Cemetery Supervisor

Step 5 Create account.

Once all required fields have been completed click on create account to complete the signup process.

After completing the registration, you will receive an email with an introduction to muslimcemeries.org and your newly created login details.

Step 6: Navigate to login section of burger menu.

Step 7: First time login

Login using your email address and newly created password.

The details of the newly created email account and the password to log in can be found in the welcome message sent by muslimcemetries.org to the email address used during registration.

Step 8: Complete profile

You will now be able to complete the rest of your profile details.

  • Details
  • Profile image
  • ID/Passport
  • Address

Step 9: Profile Details

Name, email address, mobile number, password and type of MCA partner would be prepopulated already.  You can change the following on the details screen:

  • Password
  • Type of MCA partner.
  • About you.

To save details, you can click the "Save" button or select the "Next" button to move to the next screen.
Step 10: Upload Profile

Name, email address, mobile number, password, and type of MCA partner would be prepopulated already. 

You can change the following on the details screen:

  • Password
  • Type of MCA partner
  • About you

Step 11: Upload ID / Passport

  • Enter 13 digit South African ID number.
  • Enter passport number.
  • Upload ID document.
    • Refer to HINTS below to Upload documents.

To save details, you can click the "Save" button or select the "Next" button to move to the next screen.

Step 12: Address

  • Search address using location tool.

To finish signup process click on the save button.
You  have now successfully signed up as an informant on muslimgraves.com

HINTS – How to Upload documents.

  • Download the app “Genius Scan” on your mobile.
  • The app will enable individual and group photos and assist with the Upload function.
